Sales Executive
Introduction
As a member of our Sales team you will work towards establishing workXmate as a best in class Business App provider. You should be able to recognize, understand, and articulate workXmate product features/benefits & competitive differentiators. You should be able to elicit and understand customer pain points and design a Demo that addresses them.
Key Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales of software product/services
- Experience of selling to SMEs is a must
- Experience in selling Software or Cloud based products will be preferred
- Experience of Account Management
- Extensive experience in all aspects of sales cycle to meet Sales targets
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Experience using CRM for selling
- Ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people
Responsibilities
- Development of Account plan & strategy to ensure attainment of sales goals
- Meeting Sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations and activities
- Create and conduct customized Sales presentations or Demonstration
Interaction with Engineering team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests
